Important documents
A secure home for the papers that matter
Birth certificates, titles, diplomas, contracts, warranties, tax letters. The documents you'd grab in a fire currently live in a drawer, three email accounts, and a photo roll. Haven IQ gives them one secure, organized, searchable home.
Where important papers actually live
Every household has a system. Almost no household trusts it.
- The everything drawer
- Somewhere between the batteries and the takeout menus live the car title and a birth certificate. It works — right up until the day you need something fast.
- Email as a filing cabinet
- The lease is an attachment from 2023. The insurance letter is in the other inbox. Search terms you half-remember stand between you and your own paperwork.
- Scanned once, named IMG_4032
- You did the responsible thing and photographed it — into a camera roll with nine thousand neighbors and no names. A scan you can't find is a drawer with extra steps.
- Sharing by screenshot
- The mortgage broker needs the W-2; your partner needs the insurance card — so documents travel by text message and stay in chat histories forever. Convenient, and quietly unsafe.
How Haven IQ helps
Filed, findable, protected
Haven IQ doesn't just store documents — it reads them, files them, and remembers what's in them.
- Upload it and it files itself
- Photo or PDF, Haven IQ reads each document — the dates, the amounts, what it is — and files it where you'd look. You approve what it found before anything is saved.
- Search that actually finds it
- One search across everything — documents, records, people, dates. “Furnace warranty” finds the furnace warranty, not a folder to dig through.
- Connected to what they describe
- The title attaches to the car, the policy to the house, the vaccination record to the kid. Documents live with their context, not in an alphabetical pile.
- Dates that surface themselves
- Expirations and renewals mentioned in your documents become suggested reminders — the passport renews before the trip, not during it.
- Stored privately, shared deliberately
- Files live in private, encrypted storage — never behind public links — and are served only through short-lived, permission-checked access, to people you've allowed.
- Yours to take back out
- Your files stay downloadable, always. Haven IQ organizes your documents; it doesn't hold them hostage.

Common questions
Which documents should I store securely?
A good starting list: birth certificates and passports, vehicle and property titles, insurance policies, wills and legal agreements, diplomas and licenses, tax records, warranties, and medical and vaccination records. If losing it would cost you a day at an office — or worse — it belongs somewhere secure.
How is document storage secured?
Files live in private, encrypted cloud storage on enterprise-grade infrastructure. Nothing is exposed through public links — access is short-lived, permission-checked, and only for people you've allowed. Your account can add multi-factor authentication on top.
What file types work?
The ones documents actually arrive as: photos and PDFs. Photograph the paper with your phone or upload the PDF from your email — Haven IQ reads both.
Can I get my documents back out?
Always. Your uploaded files remain yours to download whenever you want, and your information belongs to you — update it, correct it, or remove it at any time.
All of life. In one secure place.
Know where everything is.
Start with one thing — the password you keep resetting, the renewal date you keep meaning to write down. Haven IQ takes it from there, one less scattered piece at a time.
