What can each family member see?
That's up to you. Haven IQ has owner, member, and viewer roles, and every record can be private to you or shared. A partner might see everything, while a grandparent helping with school pickups sees only the family calendar.
How is this different from a shared drive or notes app?
A shared drive stores files; Haven IQ understands them. Upload a policy and it becomes coverage details, renewal dates, and reminders — reviewed by you — not just a PDF you have to open and reread. And unlike notes, permissions are real: private stays private.
Do we all need separate accounts?
Each adult gets their own sign-in — that's what makes permissions and privacy work. You invite family members by email, and they join your household with the role you choose.
